      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day operations of accounts payable and develop a weekly processing plan for payments
      - Ensure accurate invoice coding for general ledger accounts, departments, and cost centers
      - Collaborate with department heads to secure timely approval of invoices
      - Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation
      - Oversee the SAP Concur expense reporting system, training staff and volunteers in its use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience preferred
      - 2-3 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience required
      - Experience with Concur for expense reporting and invoice management required
      - Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Microsoft Business Central or ERP systems like SAP required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with 1099 issuance using current IRS guidelines
      - Familiarity with Sage Intacct accounting software
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
      - Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment
