What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for strategic business development work streams supporting international expansion partnerships across the EU and UK
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new trading, banking, payments, and financial services partnerships
- Manage end-to-end partnership execution, from market analysis and strategy development to contract negotiation and implementation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful regional launches and ongoing partnership success
- Navigate complex regulatory environments across multiple EU jurisdictions and the UK, ensuring compliance with local requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in strategic deal-oriented roles with global exposure, such as business development or new market expansion
- Proven track record in managing complex cross-border partnerships with financial institutions
- Strong experience working with diverse internal teams and external partners across multiple geographies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and partnership economics
