What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead analysis and reporting for onboarding and retention campaigns to enhance member engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to optimize member experiences
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve loyalty strategies and drive member retention
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support governance and compliance activities related to member communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing/customer engagement or a master’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
- 3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with onboarding, retention, or loyalty marketing strategies
- Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation
- Experience with data visualization platforms
