      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and operational projects within the Supply Chain Operations organization
      - Support project tasks, schedules, and documentation across cross-functional teams
      - Conduct business process analysis and create process maps to identify operational efficiencies
      - Gather and document business requirements for assigned workstreams, including conducting research and data collection
      - Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
      - Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, or project coordination
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings
      - Experience with process mapping and understanding of workflow documentation
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, organize work, and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred (or working toward certification)
      - Experience in healthcare, supply chain, distribution, or operations strongly preferred
      - Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn and seek clarity from leaders
      - Exposure to Agile methodologies, Salesforce, or data analytics tools beneficial but not required
      - Basic change-leadership experience or exposure to change management practices
