What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients
- Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science)
- 3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics, claims data, and Patient Support Services
- Hands-on experience with HUB data, SP data, 852, and 867 datasets
- Strong understanding of pharma data sets and industry-specific data structures
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills; Python is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows
- Team management or mentoring experience
