What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze monthly financials for clients, including data entry into client exhibits
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports with detailed activity and large claim analysis
- Develop and customize financial and underwriting exhibits as needed
- Collaborate with Team Lead on reporting requirements and client custom reporting packages
- Provide guidance and training to junior analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of financial experience with a strong understanding of employee benefits
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with strong to expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities
- Must obtain and maintain an active Life/Accident and Health Insurance Agent License within one year
