What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and ensure compliance for U.S. benefit programs, including 401(k) and leave of absence administration
- Manage benefit workflows and data integrity within Workday and BenefitSolver
- Lead and support compliance reporting and documentation, including Form 5500 filings
- Plan and develop effective employee communications for benefit programs and updates
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary updates across functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of U.S. benefits experience with a focus on compliance and vendor management
- In-depth knowledge of 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and state-specific leave programs
- Experience supporting the preparation of Forms 5500 and developing compliance documentation
- Proficiency with Workday and third-party benefits platforms (e.g., BenefitSolver)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
