      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the administration of benefits processes in HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
      - Serve as the primary contact for teammate benefits inquiries and vendor interface issues
      - Analyze and administer health & wellness and retirement benefits plans
      - Conduct benefits audits and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations
      - Collaborate with HR and external vendors to manage the annual enrollment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex benefits administration, including payroll and accounting analysis
      - At least 5 years of experience with self-funded employer group benefits programs in organizations of 1,000 U.S. employees or more
      - Strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of benefits administration
      - Knowledge of benefits compliance with regulations such as ACA and ERISA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in global multi-national organizations and global benefits administration
      - Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or PHR/SHRM-CP certification
