What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of interactive dashboards and analytical reports
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
- Perform advanced SQL queries, data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning
- Build and manage efficient data models and semantic layers for analytics
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices in reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos (at least one primary tool is mandatory)
- Strong experience with SQL for complex data querying and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling)
- Proven experience working in lead or senior-level roles, handling client interactions and solution design
- Good understanding of ETL workflows and data warehousing concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring junior team members in BI projects
- Familiarity with advanced Excel functionalities
- Knowledge of SSIS and Power Apps
- Experience in data governance and reporting best practices
