What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between the IT organization and business partners to analyze and define requirements for a Case Management System
- Conduct user acceptance testing and develop organizational change management frameworks
- Create and maintain end-user documentation, including user guides and training materials
- Participate in customer and project team meetings throughout all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Utilize requirements elicitation techniques to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of systems analysis and/or business analysis experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in advanced requirements elicitation and documentation
- Advanced knowledge of software development life cycles and business modeling concepts
- Ability to travel up to 10% to meet with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in state or local government, particularly within the Georgia Criminal Justice System
- Advanced level experience in software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Project management certification (PMP) or ITIL foundational certification
- Experience with Lucidchart and JIRA
- Demonstrated ability in meeting facilitation and stakeholder engagement
