      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead scrums and meetings to gather, document, and validate business requirements during Agile sprint planning
      - Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design future-state processes
      - Configure Conga CLM systems based on ticket requirements, including workflows and reporting dashboards
      - Develop training materials and conduct sessions to support end-user adoption of the CLM system
      - Monitor solution performance and provide actionable reports to stakeholders on contract performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
      - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
      - Conga certified with experience in requirements gathering and solution configuration within Conga CLM
      - Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and enterprise legal operations
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting complex configuration and Apex coding within a live enterprise CLM system
      - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights from contract performance metrics
      - Experience with ticketing system tools like Jira or ServiceNow for managing requests
