What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in IronClad CLM, supporting implementation, configuration, and optimization efforts
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into CLM solutions
- Drive process automation and workflow improvements within IronClad to enhance contract intake, approval, negotiation, and execution
- Lead data analysis and reporting efforts, providing insights into contract performance, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure adoption and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in contract lifecycle management or legal operations
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with IronClad CLM, including workflow configuration and administration
- Strong understanding of contract management principles, legal processes, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience integrating IronClad with ERP (e.g., SAP, Workday) or CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
- Experience in legal tech, procurement, or compliance-related projects
