What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Product management team to ensure product delivery aligns with customer expectations
- Identify risks and recommend remediation through regular discussions with clients and internal teams
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to educate client stakeholders on new features
- Track client-specific requirements and document them accurately using various tools
- Manage release scope and ensure knowledge transfer to engineering and QA teams is completed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years of experience in the delivery of a Provider, Medicaid, or Medicare product
- 2+ years of experience in requirement gathering, solution, and design documentation
- Must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy for remote work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in client-facing complex solution delivery
- 1+ years of experience working in a matrixed HR environment
