      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Elicit and document business requirements, including data fields, clauses, and approval paths
      - Produce functional specifications, mapping catalogs, process flows, and acceptance criteria
      - Facilitate workshops with Legal, Procurement, and Business Owners to agree on templates and field mappings
      - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios and logging defects
      - Partner with the Architect and Lead Developer to recommend quick wins for rollout and contribute to governance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
      - At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce/C3 or CLM-style contract generation
      - Strong skills in requirements and process documentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation
      - Working knowledge of Salesforce/C3 contract generation concepts and enterprise audit/compliance expectations
      - Experience in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage; familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in pharma/life sciences or other regulated industries, with an understanding of audit protocols and data readiness
      - Exposure to Salesforce DevOps and release management practices
