What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze pharmacy purchasing data to provide actionable recommendations to management
- Document marketing, customer, and business requirements for product enhancements
- Perform complex analyses of business products and operational requirements
- Build business cases and conduct financial analyses
- Support departmental stakeholders in organizing and coordinating project activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of product management experience, or High School/GED and at least 3 years of product management experience
- Experience in product management, including planning and resource management
- Proficiency in economic modeling and business case development
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with requirements sessions and documenting workflows
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and MS Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and/or PowerBI/data visualization software
- Intermediate skills in SQL for data management and analysis
- Experience in summarizing data to provide actionable insights

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
