      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop high-level business designs and deliver business requirements, service blueprints, and business processes
      - Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to create effective business designs
      - Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define and validate business requirements
      - Analyze data to assess the impact of proposed changes and drive continuous improvements
      - Establish and measure key metrics to track business results and ensure alignment with strategic goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business analysis, or business architecture
      - Strong analytical and technical skills in business analysis
      - Proven experience managing projects with multiple internal stakeholders
      - Effective communication skills with the ability to create and present management-level presentations
      - Experience in strategic thinking and influencing organizational change

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a large software or business information company
      - Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to driving improvements
      - Proven ability to facilitate workshops with diverse groups of stakeholders
      - Strong interest in end-to-end business processes and business design
