What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and support quality initiatives within assigned areas
- Serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and Information Technology for business definition, scope, testing, and implementation
- Provide subject matter expertise related to quality initiative implementation, reporting, and analysis
- Improve business practices through operational knowledge in claims, system administration, and member enrollment
- Work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field
- Health plan experience, specifically with Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial enrollments
- Advanced SQL experience is mandatory
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Level Degree preferred
