What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business and functional requirements
- Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to assess systems and support new implementations
- Develop and execute functional test cases; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure transparent communication across project phases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Agile Business Analysis and Business Process Analysis
- 5+ years of professional experience in business and systems analysis across varied environments
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops and Visio
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft applications like Visio, Project, and tools like SQL, Power BI, Balsamiq
- Industry experience in healthcare, finance, or public sector
