What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business problems and requests to develop fixes and potential improvements, translating business requirements into technical solution design
- Create close alignment with business stakeholders, maintaining strong communication between business and IT functions
- Serve as a technical-functional expert in manufacturing applications, completing configurations within SAP and integrated shop floor applications
- Perform project management for small to mid-sized projects, following the employer's IT PMO framework
- Partner closely with developers and external vendors to create solutions that meet business needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience; a high school diploma is required
- 7+ years of experience in similar roles within IT or other business functions, demonstrating a strong foundation in business knowledge and Operations familiarity
- Proficiency in configuring and managing SAP and ancillary SIOP technology, as well as strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems analytically and work collaboratively with globally dispersed teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Proven track record of taking initiative and maintaining high standards of personal integrity and continuous learning
- Familiarity with data management technology
