  Rituals is growing. We are steadily expanding in new territories, opening new stores and growing our online presence. Think globally (USA, Asia, Middle East) and think around 100 stores per year. And our ambitions are growing as well.

  To ensure we can keep up with the growth, we are looking for a talented, senior business controller for Supply Chain and Sourcing. You will support senior management of our Supply Chain and Sourcing teams with data driven decision making. As their business partner, you can relate to the motto: “Supply Chain will never be the bottleneck for growth”. In light of this, we strive for simple and scalable solutions to stay in control.

  As a Senior Business Controller, you are part of the central Control & Analytics team, stationed in Amsterdam, and will report directly to the Head of Group Control. Your role include:

  • Act as a business partner of our Supply Chain and Sourcing teams with a leading role in planning, analysis and reporting in close cooperation with Market Control
  • Build business control for Sourcing by setting new standards working together with our BI team
  • Execute and Develop the Plan & Control cycle for your budget drivers: from accurate planning to insightful reporting and business cases.

  TTIS IS YOU

  • Master’s degree in business economics related fields, preferably in combination with a RC-degree
  • Approx. 8-10 years of experience as a Business Controller
  • Strong analytical, communicating, change management and consulting skills
  • Work experience within Retail or Supply chain in a commercial environment is a pre
  • Strong English and Dutch verbal and written language skills are required.
