      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator to join our Customer Support Group within Enterprise Wire Services as part of Chief Operating Office Operations. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

      In this role, you will:

      • Support the operations of a specific business line
      • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
      • Manage requests for community relations events, sponsorships, company funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
      • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
      • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
      • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
      • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
      • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
      • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business


      Required Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Knowledge and understanding of wire transfer processes
      • Ability to address and resolve complex customer issues
      • Ability to train and lead others
      • Demonstrated experience with systems such as Hogan and PEGA applications
      • Exposure to Wells Fargo SVP (Store Vision Platform)
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
      • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
      • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
      • Ability to navigate multiple computer system
      • Proven problem solving and root cause analysis skills
      • Ability to support multiple complex projects, tasks, and assignments with limited supervision
      • Proven ability to anticipate employee experience and impact of change
      • Experience mentoring and effectively collaborating with team members to gain alignment and drive enhanced results

      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to work additional hours based on business needs
      • Position is 100% on site

      Salary:

      • $25 hourly

      Schedule:

      • Charlotte: 9:00am-5:30pm EST
      • Denver: 7:00am-3:30pm MST

      Pay Range

      $23.13 - $41.11 Hourly
