      At Millennium Enterprise Corporation (MEC), we're a boutique IT and professional services firm supporting mission-driven federal clients, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). We're looking for a seasoned Senior Business, Financial & Management Analyst who thrives on solving real-world challenges and wants to contribute to high-impact federal programs right here in the DC Metro area.

      What You'll Do

      As a key player on our team, you'll bring both technical and analytical expertise to:
      • Deliver hands-on financial analysis, planning, and funding allocation
      • Track and forecast funding, reconcile financial data, and support daily operations
      • Analyze contract invoices, prepare reports using DELPHI, and ensure financial accuracy
      • Assist in budget formulation and execution activities
      • Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting agility
      • Support agency-wide strategic planning and action tracking
      • Develop, coordinate, and obtain senior-level management input and approval for planning agendas and logistics.
      • Maintain the database by entering and verifying funding.
      • Other duties as assigned by senior management.

      What We're Looking For
      • Associate and/or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
      • 10+ years of relevant experience (Federal agency experience preferred)
      • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
      • Working knowledge of federal financial systems (DELPHI, PRISM, FMS, CWP)
      • Public Trust eligibility is a plus
      • Strong command of Office 365, Excel, SharePoint, and reporting tools
      • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
      • Experience with FAA or aviation-related projects is a bonus
