      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and support the development of MiSACWIS/CCWIS systems and engage with end users
      - Lead user engagement activities and provide feedback to management on child welfare programs
      - Develop procedures and training tools to enhance end user engagement
      - Assist with processing electronic access requests for MiSACWIS and CCWIS
      - Collaborate with project staff and stakeholders to address end user needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any major
      - Three years of professional experience, including one year equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service
      - One year of experience with MiSACWIS is required
      - Experience writing or developing materials for county office and leadership audiences
      - Must successfully complete a background investigation and criminal records check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced knowledge and experience with Michigan's child welfare system
      - Experience using the Database Security Application (DSA)
      - Familiarity with MiSACWIS and/or CWLM applications
