      Job Purpose:

      Responsible for the front end production of data solutions used to drive business value. The Sr. BI Analyst will work with business users to solicit requirements, consolidate data, and provide value-add analysis. The Sr. BI Analyst will be instrumental in the identification and development of data process recommendations that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise information architecture. This role will provide support to teams and management by collecting data, analyzing structures, and the publishing/maintenance of dashboards/reports for end users.

      Essential Functions:

      • Work with internal customers to define/refine analytical requirements for dashboarding, prescriptive business metrics and process gaps - 15%
      • Translate business requirements into functional dashboards, standard reports and enterprise data processes - 20%
      • Design and implement data processes for integration into system architectures -15%
      • Produce quarterly, monthly and ad hoc report requests - 20%
      • Report administration, quality assurance and process documentation - 15%
      • Data discovery, planning and architecture with Analytics - Insights team - 15%


      Education:

      • Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent


      Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:

      • AWS Data Analytics - Preferred
      • Relevant Work Experience: 5 to 7 years in related field


      Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • 6+ plus years in corporate analytics (Analyst/Engineer/Data Architect) - Preferred
      • 2+ plus years with ETL Tools - Preferred
      • Working experience with Rest - SOAP
      • Working experience with either Salesforce or ServiceNow
      • 2+ Years Working Knowledge with Tableau or PowerBI - Required
      • Experience with Excel, Word, and Office365 Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later - Required
      • Experience and demonstrated competency with data visualization - Required
      • Visual Studio, SSRS, Paginated Reports - Required
      • MySQL working knowledge - Preferred
      • Experience with ETL Tools e.g. Talend, Pentaho - A plus
      • Familiarity with R - A plus
      • ServiceNow Experience- Preferred
      • Knowledge of Sales, Marketing or Finance models and best practices - Required
      • Background in Finance or Accounting - Preferred
      • Salesforce Experience - Preferred
      • Working Knowledge of Python - Preferred
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
      • Ability to complete projects and achieve results within the timelines and commitments set forth
      • Excellent planning and organizational skills
      • Ability to work effectively across internal functional areas
      • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change
      • Self-starter with ability to execute


      Supervisory Responsibility:

      • This position does not have employee direct reports but does serve as a lead role for others doing similar work

      The pay range for this role is:

      91,000 - 115,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
