      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and support quality initiatives within assigned areas to improve business practices
      - Serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and Information Technology for business definitions and scope
      - Conduct reporting and analysis related to quality initiatives and operational effectiveness
      - Provide subject matter expertise in operations, IT, or reporting as required
      - Ensure a high degree of operational knowledge related to customer operations in claims and member enrollment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of experience in operations, IT, or reporting
      - Strong proficiency in SQL and data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS, and Excel pivot tables
      - Experience in claims auditing and health plan operations
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - No specific certification or licensure requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with claims processing, enrollment and eligibility, and provider contracting
      - Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace operations
      - Knowledge of HEDIS, STAR, QNXT, Facets, EPIC, HealthRules, EDI, CES, McKesson, JIRA, and ServiceNow
