      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, risk management, and customer experience
      - Document process bottlenecks and failure modes to target for technology and process improvement
      - Collaborate with product owners and managers to define tactics for long-term improvement objectives
      - Monitor and measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
      - Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet their needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of Group benefits experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational management, process, and documentation design
      - Strong understanding of business operations, process design, and process mapping
      - Demonstrated ability to support third-party implementations and testing
      - Experience with project management and implementation of digital solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with straight-through processing and third-party API implementations
      - Familiarity with the quoting and underwriting processes for group insurance
      - Strong desire to participate in building Agile Product Management within a start-up, growth business
