What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain best-in-class policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement necessary policies and procedures
- Create training materials to facilitate understanding and adherence to policies among new employees
- Conduct regular reviews of existing policies and procedures to keep them relevant and effective
- Monitor data related to policies and procedures to identify trends and areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy and procedure development and implementation, preferably in workforce benefits
- Excellent communication skills for writing clear policy documentation and presenting information
- Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and industry standards for benefits products
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational management, or a related field
