What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, requirements, and user needs to develop process maps and documentation
- Provide support in data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards, and reports in Salesforce
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials related to projects
- Assist with the helpdesk queue as level 2 support for escalated issues
- Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of business analyst experience in banking process analysis or related experience
- Strong elicitation techniques and ability to collect and structure data for decision-making
- Working knowledge of business processes and systems, programming, and systems analysis procedures
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies, e.g., Agile, Waterfall

- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with management and staff
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
