What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle in various agile roles
- Provide business and subject matter expertise for complex project and production activities
- Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results relating to customer impacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in report writing and SQL
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and integration points
- Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
