What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions on complex issues
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle as a lead role on agile scrum teams
- Provide business and subject matter expertise for project and production activities
- Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management while providing accurate documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and project management
- Exceptional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and rules
- Familiarity with other healthcare IT systems and integration points
- Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
