What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT stakeholders to analyze business needs and manage requirements throughout the SDLC
- Lead end-to-end system analysis efforts in a cross-functional agile team, supporting digital experience implementations
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, developers, and QA analysts to define acceptance criteria
- Drive backlog grooming and assist the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy product backlog
- Support sprint planning and daily scrums, ensuring the team understands requirements and their impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of business analysis experience
- Practical experience with agile methodologies
- In-depth understanding of application development and/or technical acumen
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including oral and written communication
- Experience with requirement management tools such as Jira
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in implementing responsive web applications
- Life/Annuity insurance experience or financial services experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Self-driven ability to understand and resolve complex issues
- Flexible team player with a proven history of delivering successful technology solutions
