What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead collaboration with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, taking on roles in agile scrum teams
- Provide subject matter expertise for project and production activities on complex issues
- Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide accurate documentation of project status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and project management
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and integration points
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
