What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
- Participate in the full software development life cycle in various roles on agile scrum teams
- Provide subject matter expertise for project and production-related activities on complex issues
- Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and integration points
- Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management
