What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead collaboration with customers, software engineers, and team members to capture needs and drive quality business solutions
- Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, taking on various roles as needed
- Provide business and subject matter expertise for complex project and production activities
- Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and project management
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and rules
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and integration points
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
