What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discussions with customers and technical teams to capture capability needs and deliver quality business solutions
- Participate actively in the full software development life cycle on agile scrum teams
- Provide business and subject matter expertise for complex projects and production activities
- Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in SQL and project management
- Experience with Agile methodology and customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
