What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead collaboration with customers, software engineers, and stakeholders to capture capability needs and deliver quality business solutions
- Actively participate in the full software development life cycle, taking various roles on agile scrum teams
- Provide business and subject matter expertise for project and production-related activities on complex issues
- Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and project management
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and integration points
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
