- Collects thorough business, operational, compliance, and integration (data/system) requirements specific to JD Edwards. Collaborates with department SMEs and stakeholders to identify gaps, optimization opportunities, and integration needs across JDE modules.
- Prepares JDE-related proposals, business cases, and cost estimates for review with the leadership team and IT Steering Committee to enable informed, effective decision-making on the disposition of an initiative.
- Continues to build upon an advanced level of JD Edwards systems and application process expertise, including implementation, configuration, integration, testing, rollout, and ongoing production support.
- Evaluates current and future business needs to recommend solutions within JD Edwards to improve workflows, processes, and the effective use of various JDE modules (e.g., Financials, Distribution, and Manufacturing).
- Develops and maintains functional specifications for JD Edwards system enhancements, tool upgrades, or new module implementations. Specifications should cover business objectives, security requirements workflows, configurations, data mapping, and integration with third-party systems.
- Develops a deep understanding of JD Edwards data flow, interconnectivity across JDE modules, and dependencies with external systems to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
- Facilitates user acceptance testing phases for JD Edwards, including training on JDE-specific UAT processes. Ensures all workflows, modules, and integrations meet stated requirements and business goals.
- Adheres to established change management processes and standards to ensure controlled, well-documented, and communicated changes to JD Edwards applications and systems.
- Promotes and facilitates collaboration with business leaders, project stakeholders, third-party solution providers, and team members to implement JD Edwards solutions successfully.
- Utilizes project management methodologies and tools to lead JD Edwards solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring successful delivery.
- Conducts end-user training and provides ongoing support for JD Edwards applications to ensure the system's effective use and adoption.
- Maintains a consistent track record of delivering JD Edwards solutions on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Provides mentorship and cross-training to other members on JD Edwards functionality and best practices.
- Implements strategies and best practices to minimize system downtime and ensure the reliability and availability of JDE applications to support business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant working experience.
- 15+ years of business systems analysis experience with JD Edwards.
- Advanced functional expertise and extensive experience in implementing and configuring JD Edwards.
- Must have deep expertise in one or more of the core JD Edwards modules (Financials, Manufacturing, WHM, TMS, etc.) and a strong working knowledge of other integrated functions.
- Experience in business processes related to JD Edwards's subject matter expertise and a solid understanding of other integrated applications.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting experience utilizing BI platforms. SQL skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of EDI and its applications. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work within timelines.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for site visits, training classes, meetings, and conferences.

About This Role:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst - JD Edwards partners with leadership and key stakeholders within the organization to understand their business needs and processes to design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne or other relevant JDE modules.

The salary for this opportunity ranges from $85,000-$120,000.
The Company complies with all federal/state/local regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the national average salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience and other job-related factors, and may vary greatly.
