What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze business, operational, compliance, and integration requirements specific to JD Edwards
- Prepare proposals, business cases, and cost estimates for leadership review to support decision-making
- Develop and maintain functional specifications for JD Edwards system enhancements and new module implementations
- Facilitate user acceptance testing phases and conduct end-user training on JD Edwards applications
- Utilize project management methodologies to lead JD Edwards solution implementations and ensure successful delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant working experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of business systems analysis experience with JD Edwards
- Advanced functional expertise in implementing and configuring JD Edwards, particularly in core modules
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, with SQL skills as a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for site visits and training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep expertise in one or more core JD Edwards modules (Financials, Manufacturing, WHM, TMS, etc.)
- Knowledge of EDI applications and project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
