What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead collaboration with customers, software engineers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive business solutions.
- Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle on agile scrum teams in various roles.
- Provide business and subject matter expertise for project and production activities on complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, assisting with requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in IS/IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in SQL and project management
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and rules
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and integration points
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications
