What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the elicitation of business and Master Data Management (MDM) requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Collaborate with Data Governance and Product Owners to define standardized master data definitions and stewardship rules
- Design and document complex data integration workflows to enable data sharing across systems
- Oversee the implementation and testing of MDM logic, addressing data quality defects and integration failures
- Ensure all data assets align with enterprise quality standards and compliance frameworks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
- Proven experience working with Master Data Management platforms or initiatives
- Experience in enterprise Data Integration including ETL/ELT, APIs, and data pipelines
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, User stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare data management or related fields
- Familiarity with FHIR and HL7 standards
- Experience in leading data governance initiatives
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in driving data quality improvement initiatives
