What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Devise and modify procedures to address complex systems problems
- Collaborate with functional groups within the IT organization to clarify business needs
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefits evaluations
- Develop process maps and gather business requirements to support finance and accounting processes
- Write and execute test scripts, as well as create technical specifications for developers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role
- At least 5 years of experience in developing process maps and supporting finance/accounting business processes
- Proven ability to write and execute test scripts and develop technical specifications
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary work teams/groups
- Proficiency in SAP Financial and Project System (PS) modules, including configuration and customization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in hybrid work environments
- Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques or tools
- Additional certifications in Business Analysis or relevant IT fields
