  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  - Provide technical expertise in developing cost-effective systems and procedures
  - Configure system settings and options, and plan and execute testing phases
  - Design details of automated systems and create specifications to meet business requirements
  - Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience; OR
  - Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience; OR
  - Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Information Management, or Computer Science
  - Strong analytical skills for complex business problem-solving
  - Proficiency in creating solution documentation for both business and technical audiences
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience leading cross-functional teams
  - Consultation experience with automated systems users
  - Background in creating frameworks and best practices for product delivery
  - Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
  - Ability to identify and communicate fact-based risks and dependencies
