What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead collaboration with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to capture capability needs and develop quality business solutions
- Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, taking on various roles in agile scrum teams
- Provide subject matter expertise for project and production activities, particularly on complex issues
- Ensure compliance with required standards and secure necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, assisting with requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven hands-on experience with the GuidingCare platform
- Extensive experience in configuring and maintaining FICO rules
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Experience with other healthcare IT systems and integration points
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
