What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide out-of-hours support for clients experiencing travel disruptions or urgent booking needs
- Answer calls and emails from clients in a professional and efficient manner
- Offer expert travel advice and maintain high customer service standards
- Issue, re-issue, and recalculate international and domestic airfares
- Create traveler tracking reports and provide risk analysis of global travel news
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in a GDS, ideally Sabre, with willingness to cross-train for the right candidate
- Fares & Ticketing Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent experience) is essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong geographical knowledge of destinations and airlines
- Excellent organizational skills and effective customer service and communication abilities
