What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system enhancements by collaborating with users, developers, and subject matter experts
- Manage the UAT process, ensuring proper test environment preparation and tracking testing progress
- Elicit, refine, write, and prioritize detailed requirements for system enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with developers to validate design requirements and ensure understanding of project needs
- Facilitate ongoing activities throughout the lifecycle of requirements, including documentation and workflow tracking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and writing test scripts
- Proven ability to write detailed business requirements
- Proficiency with Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in underwriting
- Knowledge of Stepwise
