      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex and sensitive employee leave and workplace accommodation cases, including ADA, FMLA, and Workers’ Compensation
      - Lead the ADA interactive process from request to accommodation implementation
      - Provide expert guidance and training on leave policies and legal compliance to HR partners and supervisors
      - Oversee case tracking and produce detailed reports on leave activity and compliance
      - Collaborate on cross-departmental projects aimed at improving absence management systems and employee experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, disability management, or a related field
      - In-depth knowledge and experience with FMLA, ADA, PFML, and Workers’ Compensation laws
      - Proven ability to manage complex cases involving sensitive legal and medical issues
      - Strong consultation, training, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
      - Proficiency with HRIS, case management systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a unionized, higher education, or public sector environment
      - ADA Coordinator Training Certification (ACTCP) or equivalent credential
      - Experience conducting workplace assessments and developing reasonable accommodations
      - Leadership or mentoring experience within HR or disability management teams
