      Job Description

      Supports system-wide application initiative, with emphasis on driving organizational change, influencing behaviors and building the brand and reputation internally.

      Job Responsibility

      • Assists management in developing and executing creative, integrated internal communications plans designed to drive employee engagement in and alignment with the health system's strategy and vision.
      • Writes and produces various communications to drive organizational change, influence behaviors and build brand and reputation internally for a variety of audiences for assigned projects.
      • Writes content and manages employee engagement via employee Intranet, other websites and printed publications targeted to internal audiences.
      • Serves as a liaison with employees and management to produce new communications vehicles and collateral for internal audiences for assigned projects.
      • Facilitates execution of internal communications plans, employing a variety of communications tools and tactics including, but not limited to, digital vehicles, internal brand promotion, leadership communications, and direct communications to employees using web, email, video and print.
      • Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

      Job Qualification

      • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
      • 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft office as well as survey tools (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Forms), highly preferred.
      • Project management experience, highly preferred.
      • Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business, communications, human resources, or healthcare management, highly preferred.
      • Presentation skills, highly preferred.
      • Experienced in collaborative partnerships with multiple departments cultivating change, highly preferred.
      • Training and development skills, highly preferred.
