      What you'll be doing:

      • Design innovative analog/mixed-signal circuits for power delivery solutions in deep submicron technologies.

      • Responsible for transistor -level and system-level design of voltage regulation solutions.

      • Drive the design and physical implementation of analog/mixed-signal circuit IPs.

      • Perform detailed analysis to ensure good reliability and performance of the design.

      • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand challenges and benefits of integrated power delivery solutions.

      • Develop prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips and drive them to be deployed across the entire line of products.

      What we need to see:

      • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

      • 5+ years of experience.

      • Good understanding of deep submicron process challenges.

      • Strong background in analog/mixed signal circuit design IPs such as op-amp, comparator, bandgap, DAC, ADC, LDO, etc.

      • Proficient with circuit simulations for different analyses such as dc, ac, transient, loop-stability, Monte-Carlo, noise, etc.

      • Experience with industry standard EDA tools for AMS, EMIR, self-heating, aging, SOA, floating-net, parasitic-extraction, and other such simulations.

      • Proven industry experience in bringing designs from concept to high volume manufacturing.

      Ways to stand out from the crowd:

      • Strong understanding of switching (DC-DC) converters.

      • Experience with system-level design tools like Simplis, Matlab/Simulink, etc.

      • Familiarity with design-for-test (DFT) methodology.

      • Experience with scripting languages and automation methods.

      • Effective verbal/written communication, and technical presentation skills

      Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD.

      You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
