What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver advanced training, coaching, and configuration services on software applications to users
- Perform software product training activities, project assessments, and audits
- Serve as the primary liaison between the employer and software users during implementation
- Create learning content in various formats, including documentation and webinars
- Collaborate with product development groups to enhance product quality based on user feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Civil Engineering degree or closely related field required; degree focused on rail or road design preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience
- Expert knowledge of Bentley software such as OpenRail Designer, OpenRoads Designer, or OpenSite Designer
- Extensive technical knowledge of infrastructure design for site, road, and rail projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with related software such as Civil3D, MX, or Trimble
- Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish or French
- Knowledge of transportation agencies’ planning, design, and construction workflows
- Ability to work independently on significant professional services projects
