What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off
- Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery
- Build and maintain client relationships while promoting the employer's capabilities
- Prepare winning project proposals and serve as the primary client contact throughout the process
- Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of transportation design engineering and project management experience
- Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
- Proven client relationship and business development skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred

- Familiarity with PennDOT design standards preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment
